Why Are We Doing This?
Because we know what the equity trap looks like.
We've watched military families make every single mortgage payment, do everything right, and still end up underwater at PCS time — unable to sell without coming to the table with money they don't have. That's not a personal failure. That's a system that wasn't built with military families in mind.

How Does the Selection Work?

Families can nominate themselves or someone they know. We're looking for a military family facing a real PCS challenge — whether that's a tight timeline, a tough financial situation, or just a move that needs to go right.
Selection date is July 15, 2026.
One family will be selected. We'll reach out directly and get to work.
What Happens After Selection?
The selected family gets the full Recon experience — strategy session, neighborhood guidance, school research, VA loan coordination, the works — with our commission taken completely off the table.
