Effective September 2026. Recon Real Estate ("Recon," "we") operates recon-realestate.com and the Recon-owned sites and tools it links to. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us on forms: name, email, phone, property address, timeline, base, and anything you type in a message. Usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location from your device, collected through standard analytics. If you opt in to texts, we store your number and the consent record.

How we use it

To respond to your request, to search for homes or comps you asked about, to coordinate showings and closings, to send the newsletter you subscribed to, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

If you opt in, we send one-to-one texts about your request from (931) 263-4565. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM, email, text messaging, and hosting providers, only as needed to serve you. Lenders, title companies, or inspectors when you ask us to coordinate with them. Authorities when required by law.

MLS data

Listing data is provided by the MLS under license and is for your personal, non-commercial use in identifying properties you may be interested in.

Your choices
