How you opt in

Consent is not a condition of purchase. The consent language reads: "Yes, text me about my request. I agree to receive text messages from Recon Real Estate at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

What we send

Conversational, one-to-one messages about the request you made: confirmation that we received it, follow-up from Eddie or Kimi, showing and tour coordination, and answers to your questions. We do not send marketing blasts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by conversation. You will typically receive one confirmation message and then only replies to your own messages or coordination for something you asked about.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, text START or YES to (931) 263-4565.
